 |  How long does it take to receive a medical certificate?
hello all. I'm curious as to how long it takes to receive an airman medical certificate/student pilot certificate. Is it issued the day you get examined, or does it come in the mail..? Thanks mucho [img]images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

You'll get it right after your exam. You just fill out a simple form with your basic medical information and some personal info. Then after the exam you get your certificate on a little 3x5 card.
