Default not normal?

how come everytime you get negative g's i feel like im going to throw up...do you guys know how to control it? As an example..going on a roller coaster ride going straight down and your tummy goes up. How do you control that urge?

When you experience that change in g-forces, tighten every muscle in your midsection.

Just remember to unclench when it's over. And to breathe.

Your internal organs, for the most part, are attached at the "top" and designed to hang downward, so there's nothing to hold them in place when you encounter negative G's.
