His facility is SCT. His HR rep said he had 4 slots to fill for the remainder of this fiscal year.

Yes I have heard the wash out rate is high there. I am new to all this, but what exactly makes someone wash out? Is it just too stressful? They can't handle it? They get fired???

SCT is the busiest TRACON in the Nation. TRACON's are notoriously hard to check out at. 1. It's really hard 2. They don't have time to train you. 3. The person who gets stuck training you probably doesn't want to be training you. |
