Anybody on the forum starting the CFI program June 7th in Vegas? Any advice on where to stay and eat as cheap as possible?

Default Re: Total CFI program in Vegas

ATP puts their ACPP students at the Santa Fe Station, nice place and the prices are reasonable. The SFS is a $10-$12 cab ride to the airport and that adds up real quick, and not to mention each time I have called for a cab I have waited for at least 1 hour. If you are not staying close to the airport, it is stressful if you don't have a car. Texas Station Hotel&Casino is walking distance to the airport, I don't know how their prices are though. Check listings at Yahoo Yellow pages for hotels in NORTH Las Vegas. Have fun, your instructor is a good guy and a good instructor
