| Sweet, I'll be burning up the pattern while you guys get to rack up that ME time. I can't wait, I haven't gone flying in over a year, wait, 7/19/06, wow that is a long time. Have either of you attended ATP previously? |

| I did not attend ATP for my Private. Went to a local FBO, which has been a great experience. I am a little nervous, though, about so much info in such little time. I have been trying to study up with the box of books, and prepare for the instrument writtens. Which I hope to take the weekend prior to arrival. You guys will have to let me know how the housing is. I drove past the apts a few weeks ago when I was there to interview, and they looked really nice, even had a sand volleyball court. Doubt we'll have time for that! |

| Property manager showed me the one they had set up for tours, it was pretty awesome! Nice workout room too. And pool. Actually I can't remember if we toured the one in Daytona Beach of Phoenix, I think they're pretty much of the same caliber anyway. |

| Newbie | For those of you that are starting up in the next couple weeks....I'm gonna be down there at the end of April to check out the area and ATP, April 29 & 30th to be exact. If any of you are available while I'm out there I'd really like to talk with you about your experiences up to that point. It would really help me out talking to some people who are currently going through the program. |

| I wouldn't mind sharing my experiences with you up 'til that point. I should be a fairly busy during that time, but might be able to squeeze something in. Shoot me a PM later on in April as the dates get closer. |

| I got my private nine years ago and have been an A&P mechanic, a Large FBO Line Service Supervisor, Major Airline Ramp Agent and CSR, the list goes on and on, everything except professional pilot. I decided to change that before its too late. Of course I would't mind meeting up with you to answer some questions, just PM when the date gets closer. |

| Senior Member | Just shows you how much more laid back Riverside is. ATP in JAX said "8am on monday." I call my actual instructor and he says "Lets make it 10am." -Rob
