 |  Quick Question I will be attending ATP's CFI program in August and I have been reading about the program a bit. I know that they send you the program pre-test along with the seminole packet when you sign up for a class date, but my question is do they also send you any CFI books or supplements? I'm curious because I was wanting to get a headstart on studying and not overwhelm myself by studying 2 weeks prior to my class date. Thanks much.

  | Re: Quick Question the only books that are included with atps total instructor program are the seminole supplement and a the "cfi pretest" worksheet. you should already have books such as the FAR/AIM, PHAK and airplane flying handbook so you will probably only need to buy the aviation instructors handbook and all 3 cfi PTS...or just download 'em from the faa website for free
