| I am looking into attending ATP and was wondering if there is a diffrence in quality been the 90 day locations? For example does one have a lower student to instructor ratio. Or more aircraft at a certain location? ![]() |

| Old Skool | Student to instructor ratio's are set at all 90-day locations... Each Instructor is assigned only two 90-day students each. Aircraft numbers for each location vary based on the number of students at those locations. That's one of ATP's biggest advanatages of having the largest GA multi-engine training fleet... they can move planes where they need them. Instructors come and go... but they were all trained the same and had to pass the same gruelling checkride with Chief Pilot in JAX before getting assigned a location. So... basically... it's all about where you want to fly "geographically". South for the Winter? West Coast for the IMC? Central for the range for XC's? East Coast for the Airspace? etc... Bob

| Thanks. Those were the questions my dad had. And as he is paying a chunk of the costs I figured I would get them answered. |
