Default Line and Reserve

Under certain company pay scales listed on the ATP website, they show guarantee hours for Line and for Reserve.

What does it mean when it says Line and Reserve?

Default Re: Line and Reserve

A Line is where you bid for and get a set schedule/route granted by seniority. Reserve is basically being "On Call" to fill in/cover Line holders for vacations, sickness, etc.

This is a very basic explanation and if you do a search using those key words you'll find a lot more info. Good luck
