| Could someone give me general info on the Atlanta location and Charlie Brown? Older or newer planes? Instructors? Super busy? Etc. Just a general rundown. Thanks.

| ATL is a pretty large ATP location. Although not as big as JAX, its the biggest west of the Mississippi. The instructors right now are real good but that can change since instructors are going to the airlines pretty quickly. The planes are the same as anywhere else since they all get flown cross country. FTY in general is in one of the worst parts of ATL, but the apartments are that bad. Overall, I would say its a pretty good location to do the career pilot program. |

| ATL usually has 4-9 Seminoles and 1-2 172s. The Seminoles are a mix of '79/'80 and '00/'01 models. There's usually around 5-8 instructors and it's busy. The airport is great, the controllers are nice, and the examiners they use are very pleasant to take checkrides with. You'll have to drive ~15 minutes if you want to eat something other than Subway or Wendys and I wouldn't recommend stopping for gas on Fulton Industrial. There's just too many homeless there that want to tell you their story.

| Old Skool | The housing at the ATP locations is all about the same.. It's a decent apartment with decent neighbors.. It's not going to be in the ritzy part of town and it's not going to be.. too far.. into the ghetto.. ![]() Amenities? Eh, in ATL there is a weighroom, tennis courts and a pool..
