The thing to do is to call the 800 number (255) 2877...and ask us, we will transfer you to someone who can help you with that one. LIke i said, it is no something that happens all the time, I just know we have HAD success with it. My only point was that it has happened before and you shouldnt totally discount atp b/c of it.
