Default ATP Commercial Rating

Why is it at ATP you can get your multi-commercial with only 5 hours of twin training? Dont you have to have 20 hours of dual rec'd?

see 61.63 (c)(4)....as long as they have the same grade certificate (i.e. commercial single-engine), there are really no requirements....I believe ATP does it as an add on

All you need is .01 hrs of instruction for an add-on
