Default Any experience with ATP & UVSC?

Ok, here's my scenario...I plan on going through ATPs 90-day course, and getting UVSC online degree. I was planning on doing ATP first, and then doing the school thing while I instuct. My question is..Will this work, or do I need to be enrolled in flight training at the same time as the school in order to recieve the credits for the licenses/ratings. I ask my fellow JC'ers, instead of UVSC because I believe they will tell me what I want to here in order to "sell me." Also, going full-time with the UVSC what is a reasonable time frame for completion? Thank you, in advance.

I'm currently enrolled in UVSC online. I was given 30 hours (if I remember correctly) credit for my ratings at ATP..and did an additional 6 hours last semester while instructing. So far it hasn't required much work, but I have a long way to go. Also, I didn't enroll until after I completed the 90 day program. Good luck

hey i dont go to atp, but i thought i just might add my little comment to help. i did my training at a fbo, signed up for uvsc after i got all my ratings, and like the guy before me said i got around 20 something credits just like that (and there not free). but yes im taking classes at my local community college, working part time for ual, working on getting my cfi, and taking the online classes, the only things is work out your time...dont fall behind because it will be very hard to catch up...good luck man...

Whatever you do don't skip the degree... that is everybit as valuable as your ratings and anyone who tells you any different is straight up lying to you...

Thanks all. I will have my AA by August, and then I will do the 90-day, followed by the UVSC online while I instruct to build my hours. Also wondering if this UVSC online program can be done in 1.5-2 years? Any others? Keep the replies coming! Thanks
