I saw the June 20th new hire list in the office last night and looks like Jim K gave Lil Jon a call and he's in your new hire class. Should be interesting listening to him answer the 1-800 number. He will probably get DFW, yeah he will get DFW or HOU. WHAAAAAATTTT!!?????

Movement at ATP has been ridiculous(which is great ). There will be 4 classes of 8-9 new-hires in May alone....

No kidding...some of my students from last summer are now in training at XJT!

I'd hate to work at some of the ATP offices now, with all the turnover it has to be chaotic. I'm sure the examiners are having fits. I met the DE for the ATP Houston office last month (he's a CAL FO and I rode the jumpseat) and he went on for an hour about having to "train those new instructors".

I'm in the new hire class that started yesterday (May 25th), and I've already been told I'm heading immediately to my location to start instructing (pending stand. ride, of course)...I won't be spending even 1 day in the office on the phones, that's how much hiring is going on here right now!

Where are you going? Is Vegas open?

Are they hiring anyone that did just the Total CFI Program?

Sorry for the questions but congrats. You'll enjoy instructing.

What about the folks in the May 31 class.. Any of you guys out there?

Is there any wireless internet in the JAX apartments? I hear rumors you could pick it up.

Tram...

Seriously dude... The pool side, the weight room, and the game room next to the office, pick your place. The excercise bike comment actually came from me. It's the type you sit down in like a chair with the pedals out in front of you. Had an outlet to right next to it to plug in my laptop, and an unobstructed view of the TV (free cable in the weight room as well). The Pool Side was a bit cold for me since I was there in winter, and the game room/office was typically closed by the time I got off work... so the weight room was perfect for me.

Unless you live next to someone with an unsecured wireless conection, those are the hotspots.

I picked it up at a few of the apartments in Jax. Depends on if your neighbors have it and how well they secure it.

Im scheduled for the new hire class on Jun 6. Gotta buy 10 hours of multi first to meet the requirements so I will probably see some of you in the Jax office this weekend. BTW I did the multi add on and CFI program at ATP.

Well.. looks like I need to get into the weight room..

I'm still in my hotel room - as the lil' lady came down with me to see the sites..

Man, it's amazing how much knowledge you can still spit out after a little coaxing after a year of not touching any of it.. Says something for the quality of instruction at ATP..

Insurance requires 50 hours of multi. I have almost 40 and I havent flown a twin in a while so the 10 hours will help me get proficient as well.
