Rumorville Central is what I call it. I dare anyone to make up some silly rumor and see how far it gets in a week. For instance, "I heard we're starting up a base in XXX to support our new mx base." IN two days it will travel through the company.

Heard this bit o' logic some time ago (as a joke) How to tell if you started a good rumor: - The rumor was starting in the morning and its beats you to your overnight ------------------------------------- And oh yeah about that LGA MX base.....we totally have a MX Freq there now....its growing fast......... hahahaha

I've only started a rumor once. Four days after starting it, the Senior Director of Flight Ops had to put the rumor to rest on his weekly voicemail. It was awesome. |
