Default CRJ Drivers

I'm trying to find some study aids online for the CRJ (flows, procedures, systems, etc). CRJ2.com use to have an amazing site with all the info and now that is gone...I think due to security reasons. Nonetheless, if any of you know where I can find something similar please share (or PM me).

Thanks!

If you are doing this because you got hired somewhere and want to get ahead, you might want to just wait and use what ever the company gave you. Every place teaches procedures and flows differently and you probably would have to unlearn a lot of what you learned.

Yeah, I'm just trying to get a head start. Not so much flows and profiles but more so on just the generic stuff like systems and what not.

Confirm...execute.

That's what you need to know. It'll make sense when you get into class!

It's hard for me to imagine things. Looking at it helps a lot. Especially when you are trying to explain the electronics part.

Unfortunately, there's a -20 deg C limitation on PFR, so you're totally screwed in Canada in the winter.

In which case just press the buttons harder and yell some expletives about not wanting to get stuck in Winnipeg for the rest of January. Eventually the stuff will turn on.

Then when you get in the left seat, it's just "execute." Had an FO the other day I wanted to slap b/c he kept putting things in wrong, and hitting execute as he was saying "confirm."

A ummm... "certain captain" I've flown with a bunch recently hasn't said confirm or execute in a really long time and gets very puzzled when his FOs keep saying "confirm" to him all the time.

I burned myself BAD by pre-studying a 727 manual before FE school when I was a new hire.

Relax, talk to some guys flying your equipment for your company and pick their brains.

I could probably pass an 757/767 oral evaluation with my eyes closed and a gullet full of scotch at Southernjets, but I'd get housed at American or United.

Housed... Shoot, I'm showing my age. Umm, "wrecked" would be more chronologically apropos.
