Not sure what PCL policy is on arrests, but I know they've fired for a lot less. Don't get me wrong, I wish the guy the best of luck and hope he gets his job back. But with PCL, I don't see that happening. | |

Yeah, we've had guys get sacked for a lot less, but ya know what? They normally get their jobs back IF they want it. A lot of those guys say "No thanks, but I'll take the cash settlement instead." PCL is a very punishment oriented company it seems most of the time. Rather than say "Hey, we need everyone to work together to make the company better" they'll send out a memo threatening people with "disciplinary action up to and including termination" for calling in sick on Super Bowl Sunday.

FYI.... he hasn't been fired (yet) - they've both just been suspended pending the outcome of an internal investigation.... read that to mean Pinnacle will probably fire them it just hasn't happened yet.
