What is he talking about? BA management wants non BA pilots to fly international routes??? Also, what issues are on the table that caused for a BA stike vote?

Or is he talking about scope in terms of domestic ops. He mentioned a 757.

I *think* that cat is already out of the bag there. GB Airways, a BA feeder, already flies A320/21 as BA's regional provider.

BA wants to start a subsidiary carrier called OpenSkies (yes, they're actually naming it after the anti-labor open skies agreement) that will fly 757s across the pond in a special configuration of only first and business class seats. The pilots would be paid less than normal BALPA pilots.
