| question for the guys who got hired right after college on board a regional...did you guys interview prior to graduation, and if so, how accomodating were they with giving you your class date? reason i ask is because i am graduating in june and am thinking about throwing my applications in around april or may in hopes of getting a call a few weeks before graduating i've heard of a few guys doing this...but not sure how it would pan out. more than likely i'll just wait a bit and go travel and enjoy not having to go to lectures anymore because school blows! but anyway, just an option i was thinking of doing. thanks for any insight.

| Senior Member | At colgan when I was a driver I got to talk to many applicants being that I would often pick them up. For many of them it went like this: Monday morning fax in resume. Monday afternoon colgan calls. Wednesday they are on a flight to DC for face to face. Then offered class starting the next Monday. This is not the norm I'm sure. But I'm sure that every single company is different in the time frame. -Rob |

| It all depends on the company and the hiring going on at the time. I know of 2 guys in my Republic class that started class 3 days after the interview and one that graduated on a Friday and was in STL 2 days later for class.
