Yeah, I figured that'd come up. . .BUT. . .

I was on my Treo, and as such, no signature was displayed.

Thanks though.

Yeah, I see that now....in the other threads.

34% is a poor showing. Wow!

Nice work from the SKW OC though.....ok, move forward, only 364 days 'till the next vote! Keep the heat on 'em and get it passed next year. Hopefully we can show you how it's done over here at Colgan.

That's unrealistic, opportunistic, positive thinking. This is, at least, the third time a union (second time for ALPA) has been voted down at SKW. There isn't a union out there who is going to touch us now.

66% have sealed our fates.

So you're saying the company kool-aid is firmly entrenched within the pilot group. That's unfortunate, to say the least.
I wasn't aware about the 'other' votes.....guess the question becomes, have you gained support for representation during each successive vote? If so, then there's still hope for the future.

Company kool-aid, regional kool-aid that is anti-labor, anti-union kool-aid.

Good try though, and best of luck next year.

thats what I thought too. According to ALPA, they ain't going nowhere. They want SKYW bad. Look for the current lawsuit to play a big role on this alpa issue. In other words, if ALPA wins, it clears the grounds for re-vote based on interference.

Well regardless of lawsuits the last vote at SKW missed by like a handful of votes. This one missed by 16%. We're losing ground.

If anything the "no vote is a vote no" BS should be challenged in court. If people want to vote no they should have to actually cast a vote. Those people who could care less one way or the other should not be "forced" into the no column. It's the most biased voting system I've ever seen.

Agree 100%. It would be similar to a democratic election by not voting it is a vote for the incumbent. Silly.
