Default International Jumpseat

Wondering if anyone flying internationally would have a problem carrying a jumpseater (in the cabin, obviously) overseas if they have a reciprocal agreement, but their airline doesn't fly internationally.

My wife may be headed over to the UK soon for work, and I was going to try and head out and visit her and didn't know if it's going to be extra annoying to try and get a ride there.

Thanks!

Some airlines (AA) have an international and a domestic list. Other airlines will take anybody as long as they have an agreement.

Along those same lines, has anyone utilized FedEx/UPS for the jumpseat?? I'm "stupid" enough to commute to my domicile and would love be able to fly home that same night after a trip to preserve a day off. Anyone familiar with the procedures, etc. (who to contact, how to get over to the cargo ramp, etc.?)? Thanks in advance for any help.

Talk to your jumpseat coordinator. They should be able to hook you up with the FedEx or UPS contact info. You have to be in CASS obviously, and the other thing... if you aren't going to make the flight for some reason, make sure you call or they will ban you from their jumpseats.
