Match made in heaven, LOL.

I don't know of where to get a training manual, however if you have a flight simulator, there is a cockpit procedures trainer coming out (someday?) on this website... http://www.secondspacesoftware.com/ Don't know if that helps.

LOL. Dude, I don't think you need to waste your time. If you really did interview for upgrade this past month, you're gonna be in the Saab for quite a while before your seniority will let you hold a seat in the Q.

I've come to a conclusion.....ColganFO apparently just likes to hear himself talk. How many threads do we have on this, and how many were started by him?

The only question that means anything is: how much are they going to pay you to fly it?

Everything else means jack #####. Period.

Hey cruise, sorry to drive you crazy but I believe things area going to get ugly here.
Yeah I was real excited about getting the flying, I may have come off a little dorky or goofy, but reality is starting to set in.
I didn't think that Colgan will low-ball the pay increase as much as I've heard they'll planning. Nothing set in stone, but i've heard from many people that its not going to be as much as we think we deserve.
Sorry to the Pinnacle pilot group also, we definetly don't think its right what they are doing to you, but we didn't ask for any of this.
The Colgan pilots will be more resilient then most people think.

Okay you guys I removed my Avatar, I wanted to go with something more playful and I didn't want to offend anyone.
I'm turning over a new leaf, trying to be more friendly.

You don't need to repeat yourself in more than one thread ColganFO, it's seen as somewhat bad form.

Now that Pinnacle is holding the purse strings, you guys will more than likely get the same thing they tried to push on us for the 70 seat jets, maybe even less. I'd say if you're a Saab FO looking for a pay increase on the Q400.....don't hold your breath.....

To be honest kellwolf, this has nothing to do with me and my aspirations.
The pilot group is all that matters now, will we stand together or allow the managment to split us apart.
I hope its the latter, Pinnacle wants to fly the Q400s thats one thing, but pay is a form or respect. I think both pilot groups need the respect they deserve.
My enthusiasm has died down and reality is settiling in.
I really sincerely wish the best for all of us,

" I hope it's the latter?" I hope you meant we'd stand together. We were screwed for pay they day we got the Q's for pay. WE will have to take whatever is given to us. Even if we voted in a union tomorrow, the contract wouldn't be in place before we started flying the planes. Historically the first contract sucks anyhow. And that's only if we go union.

Like everyone else, I'm assuming you mean the "former," not the "latter." Honestly, I don't care what I'm flying. It could be a B1900, a CRJ, or a 757, and I wouldn't really care. One thing I can tell you is management doesn't really have a whole lot of respect for the pilots here based on their actions. They'll talk to the media about how they wouldn't be where they are without their "People," but when the pressure's on, they don't want to put their money (literally) where their mouths are. We asked why they wouldn't use some of the money from the ASA to settle the pilot contract, and they said "Well, we might need that money to secure future flying here." That was WEEKS ago. That tells us right there they were planning to take our money and run. They just didn't have the balls to say so to our faces. They say they want to grow both sides, but the only potential contract out there is the Delta 76 seaters. Sure, there's rumors we've already gotten that, but there were rumors right up until it was announced that the NWA 76 seaters were a done deal. If you're looking for respect from a management group, you just got bought by the wrong airline.
