Europe? Eaaaasy! JAN-APR and 9/11 thru DEC. Dont' do Europe during the summer unless you're superflexible and don't mind putting up with someone complaining about "How that dag gum Fray'nch waiter hasn't brought the check because it's clear I finished my hamburger"

After spending about a week and a half in Europe a couple years ago, when dining out locally here and they'd bring your check 5 minutes after your main course arrives and say, "No rush here, I'll be your cashier when you're ready" got annoying. But it's just a fact of life living here in the states!
