|  Updated Forms Info for Memphis PEPC Check your inboxes for the SF86 form. They originally sent the SF85P, but I received an email with the SF86 attached. Not sure if this was only sent to en route people, but just a heads up.

Just got this-- says nothing about "SF86" and i'm enroute "Attached are forms which need to be filled out and faxed to this office as soon as possible. (1) Applicant Contact Information form; (2) OF-306, Declaration for Federal Employment; and (3) FAA Form 3300-9, Record of Family Relationship. " | |
