Facility contacts

Does anyone have a good website or spreadsheet where I can get contacts for HR departments at various facilities? I am trying to narrow down my geographic preferences and it would help if I could speak with people in actual facilities and see what my chances of getting hired at a specific facility are.

I am an OTS applicant 2/15 and got a 96% on my AT-SAT. I'm interested in about 5 or 6 facilities specifically. I currently live in Phoenix so one of the areas I am interested is the PHX ATCT (level 11) but since PHX is a desirable place to live I want to know if I have a legitimate shot at being hired there or if there is a line of guys wanting to go there that already have experience.

I am thinking the same thing about facilities in CO, TX, and IN and since we can only put 2 states down I am stuck. If anybody has a good website or can help me out I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!

When I took my AT-SAT in Chicago, I asked one of the FAA reps about geographic preferences and she stated that AZ and parts of FL are next to impossible for new controllers to get into. The reason being is that senior controllers transfer to those facilities before mandatory retirement.

I think that is a great idea to contact HR for the facilities you're interested in, or blast off an email to inquire about job availability. PHX would be awesome, good luck!

PHX, hands down has to be the most F'd up place in the entire FFA.
