| Seriously in this career everybody struggles in some way while in training. Of course most wont admit it but they do. Whenever you arrive at your first assignment ask a group of rated controllers who is the best and they will all raise their hands! This job entails so much information that is almost impossible not to brain dump (well not the really important stuff). I don't think I'm going to wash but I will go through hard times I don't doubt. It seriously helps you identify and work on your strengths and weaknesses. "Fit favorite quote here" |
