| I submitted my background check about 2 weeks ago for a tower position and my mom received a paper from the "Office of Personnel Management" to fill out regarding information i filled in on e-qip. Is it standard procedure to send out these forms to everyone you listed when filling out the background check information? Say someone has moved recently and does not receive the form or just throws the form away. Would they not be able to complete the background check? |

| That's standard operating procedure for all public trust positions. If someone throws it away or moves, I don't think it's a big deal. They are the government however - they have ways to track that person down if they really want to contact them. |
