I heard another suggestion that they might start night classes. The HR guy told me they were saying January "to be safe". He said realistically it could be anywhere from October to January, but as we all know "a few weeks" actually means over a year with the FAA. So, who knows what "to be safe" means.
The impression I got was this only applies to en-route.
