Again, this is for OTS... I don't know about CTI... after the geo preferences, we wait for ASAP to tell us that we are on a referral list for "United States - Throughout the Nation"... we don't know if they honored our requests until the PEPC invites come out and we get the email saying "You have been selected for a [terminal/enroute] position in the state of [state]"
