Also, that front desk needs a couple of beat up Baron or Metro models.  | Yes, the sim has a headset jack so the instructor can talk to the student while the student is sitting at the controls and the instructor is sitting at the computer. Otherwise, they both have to yell over the airplane noise...or turn it down. But who wants to do that?
