Long QT syndrome may be disqualifying, depending on the treatment. Implantable defibrillators are not currently approved. Pacemakers are approved for Special Issuance. Beta blockers are approved also.

If it were me, I would see a cardiologist to see if I have the syndrome. If you have it, treat it!! To avoid treatment to fly could be a fatal mistake.
