Remember that the average student has only mediocre preparation for the checkride....by definition.

Hopefully, you will be much better than average. Your CFI training will be that much easier.
BTW, I did my CFI training in a 172RG. No one else seemed to like that airplane, but I did. Managed to pull off the best landings ever on my checkride.
