I think what he's saying is it doesn't make much sense to furlogh CRJ guys when their replacements aren't trained yet, which I can kinda see.

My bet is you'll see waves of furloughs. The letter (from what I read of the legalise) is required to give you 60 days notice of impending layoffs. The actual layoffs could be past 60 days, though.
