Something isn't right. You are OTS, selected/interviewed for ZLC? How were you interviewed and when? I believe the PEPC aspect started back in January. Possibly you fell through the crack during this timeframe. I would suggest calling OKC. If the individual cannot help
insist to speak to someone else. As mentioned numerous times on this site the process is severely flawed.
