Welllllll....Skymates @ GKY would be an option for you. As would ATP at GKY (and the bonus there is that it would be a TON of multi time - you'd hit 135 minimums pretty quick there.)
I'm not sure about what's at FTW...there's a BUNCH of different flight schools over at ADS - Henley's, Classic and Monarch are three that come to mind.
US Flight Academy is up at DTO, and they've got a wide and varied fleet.
