The American Eagle recruiter I talked to said they don't ask. If they seem close to 21 they check the high school graduation. If I remember, age discrimination only goes against discriminating for being too old.
Thinking of it, if you look at my resume I look 22 since I left high school 4 years ago.

Just out of curiosity, what would be the legal basis for an airline to require you to be 21 for a certain job? I understood a company can ask you if you're at least 18, but you ask for more than that opens up the door for age discrimination lawsuits. |
