I've heard there are plenty of folks who have been hired at the regionals lately who were 19-20. Obviously, 18 would be the bare minimum since you have to be that old to get a CPL.

Just out of curiosity, what would be the legal basis for an airline to require you to be 21 for a certain job? I understood a company can ask you if you're at least 18, but you ask for more than that opens up the door for age discrimination lawsuits.
