You'll find a groove but you won't be that fast just out of the sim. You'll find the 11 mins won't be a problem once you've done a couple of reps.
Just curious, is this a few isolated captains or system wide? I flew with one IOE captain with my company who was like this and the other one said up front - 'Take you time, if we have to delay, no problem, let's just get it right!' |
