The common word is that there are panels meeting in July to discuss who gets selected for interviews for which locations. This is based on you AT-SAT score, simply "qualified" or "well qualified" and your application as far as schooling and work experience. It sounds like the earliest an interview would occur is late July or August. This is not certain just what I've heard over the phone from the people who answer the famous number (405) 954-4657.
