alright. I was told to file to X07 (lake wales)

is there anything I'm missing?

its HWO-X07. The only thing I see is, its under MOA, and afaik IFR doesn't fly through MOAs. so how does that work? how do I go to airports inside of it? (I guess when the airport is inside of one, it is an exception?)

and there are no preffered routes for it, so I guess its VOR to VOR for this flight?
