I got my undergrad from UC Irvine, and I am just scared to death about losing my job when I'm 40, with bills and a family. In other words, don't put all your eggs in one basket.
I've recently been looking into becoming involved with airport operations. Theres a job at my local airport as asst GM with a pension and full health bennies, that pays $110-140K. From there I would be able to move up to Airport Manager at another airport, and a place like Socal, thats a $250-350/yr job. Not bad for a 9-5. But, I can't do it without the MBA!
Just curious Omar, where are you getting those numbers? I worked airport ops and was an airport manager here in socal before taking an FAA job, and I don't know anyone who makes anything even close to that (I sure didn't).

We met awhile back when I was ramping at SkyWest, you showed me around the brasilia and gave me some advice about a flying career. If you're interested in airports, let me know and maybe I can return the favor.
