I couldn't agree more.
Sitting the the right seat watching a weak CA is heartbreaking. I'm the type of pilot who does NOT want to create tension in the cockpit, so I keep quiet unless it's a safety issue.
But you're completely right.
I love the old... "FAs deal with the PAX, so we dont have to!"
