Agreed. There's certainly two sides to every story. I generally limit "command ejections" to drunks and/or anyone who gets verbally abusive or physical with the F/As.

Yes. You have the option to call the Ground Security Coordinator (GSC) who is usually a CSA to sort it out. Personally, I prefer to let the Port Police handle the issue.
