I've heard that UND will NOT be giving out excess finanical aid checks for students to pick up like in the past. Your only options are to sign up for direct deposit to your own bank or get the UND Pride Card. They want to save time and money on creating the checks which is the reason for the card.

I'm not 100% sure if that is correct but it's what I've heard.
