I also just noticed in the notes it states ADF or DME REQUIRED which means the first missed instructions would be for ADF only aircraft and the second set would be for DME equipt aircraft. However, in the profile view it just states "DME REQUIRED" must be a misprint. I assume it should read "DME or ADF REQUIRED".
