Yes. According to the airport manager, they're finalizing plans to build a new runway oriented 13/31 if I remember correctly. 1/3 of the current strip will be closed when the construction starts - the new runway will run into that part of the old. I don't anticipate this starting for at least several months though.
The fuel truck was scheduled to arrive last week but couldn't drive up the really crappy road after the rain. I'll try to check again later this week.
