You may be happier just going to a local FBO and telling them that you want a structured ground school. It will be at your own pace, and you won't have to struggle to keep up with others as you may have to in an academy enviornment. How old are you? What are your goals in respects to flying? Just wondering so I can maybe answer your questions better.
