I'm still unclear on who exactly goes to OKC to make the selections - I've spoken to at least 4-5 facility managers who made it sound like they could make requests, but it was out of their hands as to who was assigned to their facility. At least 2 facility managers have specifically told me they have requested me, but that it's "up to the panel" to decide who goes where.
Anyone know if the facility managers themselves attend the panel, or is it someone at the regional level making those calls? |
