You buy the ID90 from your own airline. Go to your ticket counter and give them all the info. FWIW, I believe that UA is the same as DL. You can js internationally, just can't ride up front. There needs to be a seat in the back. Yes, it is a SB ticket, usually with the lowest priority. As far as cost, ????
