hate to break your bubbles nubees, but if you accept a enroute position you will be there a long long long long time, unless you quit or are washed out and if you wash out your in the street ,they may not place you in another position.this is the new FFA and it dose not matter what happened years ago.in the central service area they are no longer allowing enroute to transfer to terminal controller to controller positions.if you are a ATC-12 terminal or enroute you will not be able to transfer to another controller position you see they need the bodys.

you folks should worry more about getting hired and actually checking out some were before you worry about transferring.its a long long long process.
