I know how it's supposed to work...
On a side note...this will change soon though. With the amount of hiring they've done on the RW side, and the events involving Frontier, we will finally have enough pilots in bases to allow for reserve coverage. When you have 75 guys/month going through IOE for a couple month period along with the same CA upgrades, don't expect there to be much open time.
